You don’t need to know what to film, how to look on camera or what to post on TikTok. Below is exactly what you do, what we do, how long it takes and what it costs at every stage.

Owners’ questions
What people ask before the first shoot.
If your question isn’t here, ask it in the form. We reply within 24 h.
I can’t talk to a camera. What then?
You don’t have to. Most reels are hands, product and place, no talking. If you want to say something, we ask questions from behind the camera and you answer like in a conversation. We cut the best sentences.
Do I have to close for the shoot?
No. We shoot in quieter hours, and customers in frame are a plus. We ask for their consent and only show those who agree.
Can a drone fly over my place?
In most cities yes, open category up to 120 m, away from airports and crowds. We check the zone before the shoot. If a flight is impossible, we say so before signing, not after.
Who owns the files?
You do. You get full-quality files, no watermarks, with music licences. Use them anywhere, ads included.
What if I see no effect after a month?
Subscriptions have a 3-month minimum because algorithms need consistency. But if you don’t want to continue after the first shoot, you pay for that shoot only. No penalties.
Do you post, or do I?
Your choice. On Growth and Pro we post to a calendar from your account. On Start and one-offs we hand over finished files with captions and hashtags.
